The trail clearly follows below the ridge in the foreground, then switchbacks straight up through a slot in the cliff in the middleground, then follows below the west side of ridge above the cliff, then switchbacks up the ridge on the left side of the photo, and then from there it's basically a straight traverse along the summit ridge to the small building that marks the summit proper at 11,750 feet.
