The Gad Valley
April 20, 2006 — The Gad Valley from the parking lot at Snowbird Ski Resort. The runs at the bottom of the photo (lower Big Emma, Lowest Bassackwards) are the easiest runs on the frontside of Snowbird (besides the Chickadee beginner area). The Carbonate Cliffs area rises steeply in the middleground. The West Twin Peak (11,489 feet) rises above all else in the background.
